- This is a notice of intent that 542 CBSG/PKS anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of services and support necessary to maintain, update and correct deficiencies/SPRs for all software and firmware items, mission data file mgmt tools and software engineering environment used to operate, maintain and test the ALR-69A system which is under development by Raytheon Company, EW Operations, Goleta CA. The period of performance will be 12 months for the basic period with two 12 month options. The proposed contract action is for supplies and/or services for which the Government intends to restrict competition to the qualified source only, Raytheon Company, Goleta CA. Authority: 10 U.S.C 2304(C)(1). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice if intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO below for additional information. See notes 22 and 26.
