- Description
- The United States Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) has a requirement for a licensed General Contractor to perform minor alterations at its regional office located at 5670 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, California 90036. This project requires the ability to contract with various subcontractors to install supplemental air conditioning, to perform electrical and minor drywall work, and to install flooring per engineered drawings. The Government intends to award a contract with firm fixed prices. The period of performance for this contract will begin on or about July 1, 2008 and ends December 31, 2008. The place of performance for this contract is in Los Angeles, California. Quoters are encouraged to attend the site visit on Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at 10:00 AM. Interested Quoters must contact Takela Morris at 202-551-7483 no later than Monday June 9, 2008 at 1:00 PM Eastern time. Potential Quoters are hereby notified that the RFQ and subsequent amendments will be available no later than Monday, June 9, 2008. The RFQ and subsequent amendments will only be available by downloading the documents at ttp://www.fedbizopps.gov. The Contractor must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Responses are due Monday June 23, 2008 at 12:00 Noon Pacific time.
