- The US Army TACOM LCMC has a requirement for the following commercial item to support the Afghanistan Security Forces, Iraq Security Forces, and other countries missions. Item: Heavy Truck Tractor. This requirement will be solicited as a 3-year requirement contract under W56HZV-08-R-G143. The estimated quantity of vehicles for the 3 years is 66 ea. FAR Part 12 with supplemental information will be used. Source selection trade off criteria will be used to evaluate proposals. This solicitation will be issued on or about 30 JUN 2008, and responses will be due 30 calendar days thereafter.
