- Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is HSCG33-08-Q-SRE2S is assigned for tracking purposes only. The synopsis/solicitation constitutes a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25 effective May 22, 2008. This requirement is being solicited under full and open competition to provide Mechanical System Support to the U.S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command, Seattle, WA. The NAICS Code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract for a base period with three (3) one-year options to be exercised at the Government’s discretion. Anticipated award date: July 25, 2008. CCR Requirement: Company must be registered on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award can be made to them. If company is not registered in CCR, they may do so by going to CCR web site at http://www.ccr.gov. Quotes may be submitted on company letterhead stationary and must include the following information: See Section M of attached “Schedule”, Standard Form 18, Pages 1-3 with pricing, Inventory List that shows what parts you will maintain, if all please mark as so, maintenance plan and experience in performing this type of service. The closing date and time of receipt of offers is July 17th, 2008 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
