- The U.S. Army Installation Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD., intends to award a sole source firm fixed price award to SOMAT Corporation, 702 W. Killarney Street, Urbana, IL 61801 in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 and under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other will satisfy the agency requirements. Using existing ICE-Flow/Library System and Glyphworks packages, SOMAT shall provide build a system which is scalable and capable of generating ad-hoc reports from queries to the system. nCode/SOMAT crated and owns the ICE-Flow/Library System and Glyphworks software that is currently used. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334513 and the size standard is 500. Interested persons may identify their interest in writing to the Government point of contact, Stephanie Gray, stephanie.gray5@us.army.mil. All responses received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 11:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time, June 20, 2008. This notice is not a request for competetive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
