Description: The following solicitation will be converted from a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). Accordingly, all references to this requirement being awarded as a SATOC are deleted in their entirety. It is the Government's intent to award two or more contracts resulting from this solicitation. An amendment to this solicitation will be provided o/a the 11 June 2008, which will provide a new proposal due date for Phase 1 proposals, the maximum number of contracts that will be awarded, and any revisions required to remove SATOC references. If you have already provided a Phase 1 proposal you will not have to resubmit a new Phase 1 proposal under this conversion from a SATOC to a MATOC. You will be required to acknowledge the amendment.
