- THIS IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY, NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR SOLICITATION. The Grand Canyon National Park - North Rim is seeking business sources, including small, small-disadvantaged, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small business, veteran-owned small business and service disabled veteran owned small business is encouraged. The following information is provided to assist the National Park Service in conducting Market Research to identify potential contractors for this effort. The government is seeking capability statements from companies that are capable of performing the delivery of water to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon National Park in the event the Park has an emergency situation and will need water delivered. The contractor will provide water service to accommodate an estimated average daily water demand of 125,000 gallons. The contractor will be responsible for providing and coordinating all services required for delivering water to the designated point of service. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 221310 - Utilities; Small Business Size Standard is $6.5M. Potential contractors must indicate business size, proof of any set-aside certification and company's DUNS number and provide a contact name, mailing address, phone number and email address of point of contact. Capability statements must provide enough information to determine if the company can meet the requirement. Potential contractors are to provide a statement of coverage of the plan being offered. At a minimum provide the following: Reference similar work that has been performed and contact information for three (3) years, a description of the work performed and contact information for references knowledgeable about the quality of the work completed. Capability statement must provide qualifications for key personnel and information indicating the company can provide all needed personnel and equipment. All interested contractors must respond with capability statements which are due by postal mail, fax or email to the point of contact listed below on or before Thursday, July 10, 2008 by 2:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time in Flagstaff, Arizona) at the Grand Canyon National Park Service, Attn: J.
