- The US Government intends to procure Environmental Control Units (ECUs) from Environmental Systems, Inc., Jacksonville, Florida using contract number W15P7T-04-D-A608. This acquisition, solicitation number W15P7T-08-R-C033, will be advertised on the IBOP opening on 23 June 2008 and closing on 23 July 2008. This is a non competitive acquisition under FAR 6.302-1, Environmental Systems, Inc., is the only responsible source who has demonstrated the capabilities to manufacture and deliver the ECUs to the government in the required timeframe. The requirement is for 1410 each 9,000 (9k) British Thermal Unit/Hour (BTU/H) 115 Volt (V) Single phase 50/60 Hertz (Hz) Environmental Control Units (ECUs) National Stock Number (NSN): 4120-01-456-6954; and 1410 Technical Manuals (TMs). The NAICS Code 333415 is and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The contract will be extended through 31 December 2009.
