- In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration Acquisition Management System (FAAAMS), Policy Section 3.2.1.3.12, industry is hereby informed that the FAA has a requirement over $100,000.00. The FAA has a requirement to procure the following commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Sun Fire X2200M server with the following specific configuration, peripherals, and accessories:" Sun Fire X2200 DC 2210 2GB SATAQuantity 115MFG#: Sun-A85-JWZ1-H-2GB-JL8 and includes Sun XOPT N America/Asian PWR Cord MFG#: Sun-X311L Sun X-Option INT 250GB 7.2K 3.5"Quantity 115MFG#: Sun-XRR-STICE-250G7K Sun X-Option DVD+RW F/Sun Fire X2100Quantity 115MFG#: Sun-X5286A-Z Sun Option Slide Rail Kit F/X2100 M2Quantity 115MFG#: Sun-X8029A-EX Shipping costs should be included for each of the destinations provided in the attachment below this announcement. The FAA intends to complete this contract under the Authority of FAAAMS, Policy Section 3.2.2.5, Commercial and Simplified purchase method.
