- The United States Army CECOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC), Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703, proposes to procure Compressor Unit, Refrigeration, P/O 36,000 BTU Environmental Control Unit, NSN: 4130-00-509-0433. The proposed acquisition is intended to be a five (5) year IDIQ type contract to be issued on a small business set-aside competitive basis. The NAICS code for this procurement is 423740 with the corresponding small business size standard of 100 employees. The solicitation number assigned to this effort is W15P7T-08-R-B413 and will be issued on or about 17 June 2008 and will close on or about 8 July 2008.
