- Western Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit as a 100% small business set-aside for On-call Perfusionist services at Madigan Army Medical Center, Fort Lewis (Tacoma), WA, with a base period of on or about 1 August 2008 through 31 July 2009 and four subsequent option years. NAICS Code for this requirement is 621399, Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners, with a size standard of $6.5 million. Resulting contract will be for an estimated 170 each Perfusionist on-call shifts. The word Each, when used in the CLIN schedule or when referring to the work shift, means a 24 hour shift beginning at 0700 hours (7:00 AM) of one day and ending at 0700 hours the following day. Madigan Army Medical Center will coordinate with the contractor a minimum of two weeks in advance prior to need for services. Shifts could be scheduled back to back. The locum tenens provider will be the sole perfusionist when he/she is providing services. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov on or about 5 May 2008.
