- NSN 1660-00-888-6313, PR 0018397905, QTY 178 EACH; Item: NOZZLE AND BAFFLE. This NSN is in accordance with P/N 560487 by HAMILTON SUNDSTRAND CORPORATION, CAGE 73030. This procurement is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Priced Contract with no option years. This item is a Critical Application Item. Production delivery is 180 days from date award. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation opening date is 06/06/08, the close date is 07/07/08. The proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested person may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with in the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
