- Address: 1. From John Day, OR, travel west on U.S. Highway 26 for 18 miles, then turn south onto Forest Service Road 21, which is the beginning of the project. The patching sites are located at various intervals between milepost 2.0 and milepost 12.8 on the 21 road., 2. The project is located on the Prairie City Ranger District of the Malheur National Forest, about 20 miles south east of Prairie City, Oregon. It can be accessed by turning south from US Highway 26 in Prairie City onto Grant County Road 62, an continuing southeast on Road 62 for approximately 20 miles. The project site is located immediately adjacent to Road 62, with both of the parking lot approach roads intersecting Road 62., JOHN DAY, Oregon, 97845, United States
