- The Government intends to execute an unrestricted procurement for delivery of 1,200 (tons) of commercial Liquid Oxygen (LOX), Type II, IAW MIL-PRF-25508G, dated 21 Nov 2006, and delivery of 10,360 (tons) of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2), Type II, Grade B, IAW MIL-PRF-27401F, dated 10 Jan 2008, as well as services for a conversion facility at Edwards AFB, CA. The contract(s) ordering period will be from 1 Oct 2008 – 30 Sep 2013. The product will be delivered FOB Destination into government-owned equipment and contractor provided tanks. The total estimated contract quantities per year are as follows: Rancho Cordova, CA 240 TNS (LOX) per year Point Mugu, CA 48 TNS (LN2) per year Edwards AFB, CA 2,024 TNS (LN2) per year The resultant contract(s) will be five year, firm fixed-price requirements-type contract(s). Offerors are required to have the capability to support bulk shipments. Interested offerors may propose on any or all the Line Items. Multiple awards are anticipated. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 6 June 2008 and posted to the FedBizOpps web page at www.fedbizopps.gov. If you do not have Internet access, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested. Only written, emailed, or faxed requests for solicitation received directly from the requestor are acceptable.
