- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W9127Q-08-T-0020 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423840 sizes standard are 100 employees. The Governments request is for 82 each used Connex 8 x 40 Containers. Containers must be in stable condition, no large dents, no holes or ruptures, and low level rust. Units will be inspected upon delivery and if found to be unacceptable units will not be accepted and it will be the vendors responsibility to pick up, return to vendors location and replace. Government will only pay for one delivery per unit. Units will be delivered to Camp Shelby Training Site, 1001 Lee Ave., Camp Shelby, Mississippi. 39407-5500. Price will include delivery.
