- This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 5 June 2008. Solicitation number FA4600-08-T-0017 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-23. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, and the small business size standard is $6.5 Million. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for the following service: Maintenance and repair of Slide Stainers IAW the Statement of work at Erling Berquest Clinic on Offutt AFB, NE. Please reference solicitation # FA4600-08-T-0017 on all correspondence. All quotations must be received via e-mail (joel.bartholomew@offutt.af.mil) or fax (402-294-7280) to SSgt Joel J Bartholomew at the 55 Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, and Offutt AFB 68113-2107 by 16 June 2008 at 3:30pm (CST). Quotes must be valid for 30 days after the date that the quotes are due. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations.
