- Description
- Contractor shall insure that the refuse containers are kept in good repair, painted, clean, and free from orders, insects, and pests. Containers shall be metal with hinged lids at the opening. Containers not maintained in good repair will be replaced within (48) hours of notification at the contractor’s expense. Center Director and/or his/her designee will be the judge of what constitutes “good repair”. Contractor shall remove refuse to a sanitary landfill of the contractor’s choosing. Contractor shall insure containers are emptied and refuse is transported from the center without strewing or littering the area. Contractor shall locate containers throughout the center as directed by the Center Director and/or his/her designee. Contractor shall furnish the equipment agreed upon in the Fee-For-Service Bid Sheet, which they agree to maintain and keep in good and workable condition.
