- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO in unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, NSWCDD, intends to purchase, sole source, to valid vendors of Trimble Military and Advanced Systems Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) Receivers and Accessories in the following denominations: Line item number one: a quantity of 1 - Force 524D Module, SAASM 24 Channel with RF and DAE input - Unclassified raw data output., part number 42124-10-U50A; Line item number two: a quantity of 2 - Gram Integration Kits, part number 36818-98; Line item number three: a quantity of 1 Force 22E Module, SAASM, 2x RS-232, 1x RS-422 serial ports, part number 41205-40-U50A. BE ADVISED ALL QUOTES SHALL REFLECT THE LINE ITEMS AS SHOWN. IF ADDITIONAL LINE ITEMS ARE NEEDED PLACE THEM AFTER LINE ITEM THREE. The receivers will be used at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) to support the GPS applications research and development group. The sole source nature of this procurement is to maintain compatibility with existing GPS receivers and software interfaces. A SAASM military grade GPS receiver that can deliver dual frequency pseudo-range and coherent carrier phase observations and generate high accuracy kinematic position estimates compatible with existing software is required. Trimble Force 524D and Force 22E receivers are required for a new system prototype. The equipment will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The closing date will be 10 June 2008 with an anticipated award date of 17 June 2008. The NAICS Code associated with this procurement is 334511. All items quoted, must be inclusive of shipping and handling fees. QUOTES MUST INCLUDE A VALID DUNS AND CAGE CODE. All items will be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, Virginia. Delivery shall be 30 days after receipt of order unless noted on quote a different anticipated delivery time. All warranty and discount information shall be clearly identified in the quote. This acquisition will occur via a Firm Fixed-Price contract. All items shall be delivered and accepted FOB Destination to the Receiving Officer - Bldg 125, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia 22448, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on weekdays. No deliveries will be accepted on Federal holidays. The GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE. IF QUOTING GSA SCHEDULE, ALL QUOTES MUST PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION TO INCLUDE SHEDULE OF ITEMS QUOTED. ANY OPEN MARKET ITEM SHALL BE CLEARLY IDENTIFED.
