- Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA intends to award a contract to W.L. GORE and Associates. in the amount of $26,000.00, for GRAFTS/Trunk Ipsilaterl Leg, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Surgeon has determined that this product will best meet the patient's specific medical requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and a solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. See Note 22.
