- ***AMENDMENT TO W9115U-08-R-0033***The Government intends to issue a 100% competitive Small Business Set-Aside solicitation to industry for the US Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) Test Technology Directorate (TTD). The contract type will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330, Engineering Services, with a size standard of $25 million. The contractor shall be capable of synchronizing ATECs policies, methodologies and technologies into a unified, consistent, and repeatable approach that enables evaluators and testers to produce credible and up-to-date results. A top secret facility clearance is required. The incumbent Contractor is Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), 3465 Box Hill Corporate Center Drive, Abingdon, MD 21009-1201. Historical level of effort for one (1) year is approximately 8,320 man hours. Award will made based on best value. The period of performance is a one (1) year Base plus four (4) Options. Approximate issue date of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is on or about 23 June 2008. The RFP will be issued in electronic format and posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPS). It is industrys responsibility to periodically check these sites, as the Government will not issue subsequent notices after the issuance of the RFP. All respondents must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), and have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number.
