- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number assigned for this procurement will be EA133M-08-RQ-0605. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation and subsequent contract will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The associated NAICS code is 423440 and small business size standard is 100. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES: One (1), Each, Forklift to match the following specifications: Capacity: 4,000 lbs @ 24" Load Center at 130" Minimum Lifting Height: 130" Maximum Lowered Height of mast: 84" Maximum Overhead Guard Height: 88" Forks: 42" Standard taper Load Backrest 48" Attachment: Sideshifter with Internal Hydraulic Supply Motors: 36 Volt AC Drive and Pump Motors Battery: 36 Volt minimum 935 Amp Charger: 36 Volt 3-phase Fully Automatic.
