- Contractor will provide Human Resource Services for the Providence VA Medical Center. The contractor must have experience working in the Human Resource area for the VA, and know the VA and OPM regulations. The hours per week will vary based on the needs of the service, but should average from 2 - 3 days a week. Contractor will be required to sign a Business Association Agreement and go through a background check. Contractor must provide evidence of insurance coverage to the Contracting Officer. This project is subject to the Service Contract Act. The applicable NAICS code is 541612 and the size standard is $6.5 million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors include past performance/similar experience and price. The solicitation package will be available on or about June 4, 2008. The date for receipt of quotations is scheduled for June 11, 2008 at 1:00 pm. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.
