- REVISED FAT AND REQUIRED DELIVERY SCHEDULE. Federal Supply Class (FSC) 9510, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 332117, Ballast (Tungsten Slug), IAW Drawing 3682AS104 Rev C. Quantity: 30,000 each, with no variation in quantity, and with a 100 percent option. Material: Tungsten, SAE AMS-T-21014, Class 1, with the following requirements. Alloy: Tungsten/Nickel/Copper, other impurities not to exceed.25 percent. See advisory note 1 on drawing. Nickel Plate (electrodeposited) in accordance with SAE-AMS-QQ-N-290, Class 1,.0003 -.0005 thick, minimize contact points. See advisory note 2 on drawing. Drawing tolerances apply BEFORE plating process. Minimum weight: 78.9 grams. Production quantity is delivered in increments. Delivery: 60 days after date of contract award; incremental shipments of 1,000 per week until contract is complete is acceptable. First Article quantity of 20 units, if not waived, is due 30 calendar days after contract award. FOB Destination, Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, IN. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Material Certification REQUIRED. Distribution Statement D is applicable. Drawing distribution authorized to US Government Agencies and their contractors only. A Military Critical Technical Data, DD Form 2345, is required to be on file before drawings pertaining to this procurement are available to prospective contractors. Contractors shall contact the US Canada Joint Certification Office at 1-800-352-3572 or via the website http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/default.asp. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD MUST be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or contact CCR at 1-888-227-2423. Approximate issue date is 19 May 08 with the opening date 30 days from issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at http://www.osc.army.mil/ac/aais/ioc and https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these websites. It is the contractors responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
