Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Requests for Information (RFIs) will not be responded to. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for 17 each Air Supported Tents, Extendable, Modular, Personnel (TEMPER) tents. There will be Three CLINS. CLIN 0001 is for eight (8) Air Supported TEMPER 20 Ft by 32 Ft Green Command Post tents with lights and support package. CLIN 0002 is for twelve (12) Air Supported TEMPER 20 Ft by 21 Ft Green Command Post tents with lights and support package. CLIN 0003 is for transportation of CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 from Origin to Fort Riley, KS 66442. The Government contemplates award of a single contract resulting from this solicitation. No substitutes are acceptable. Your price shall be FOB Destination. Contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The delivery date will be no later than 14 Aug 2008. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-25 effective on May 22, 2008. This requirement is restricted to Small Business only. The applicable NAICS code is 314912 with a size standard of 500 personnel. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. We prefer to make payment by Direct Deposit or other Electronic means. You must be registered in the CCR (Central Contractor Registration) (http://www.ccr.gov/) and in ORCA (Online Representations and Certifications Application https://orca.bpn.gov/). Award shall be made to the best value, technical, delivery date, past performance, and price quote.
