- The USDA Forest Service intends to award an IFB for removal and replacement of approximately 9566 sq. ft. of asbestos-containing flooring material (ACM) and approx. 9230 sq. ft. of ACM ceiling material in the hallways, offices, and labs of the "old wing" at USDA Forest Service, 180 Canfield Street, Morgantown, WV 26505-3101. THIS IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLE VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSB). The solicitation will be posted at www.fbo.gov o/a June 18, 2008. Those contractors's not downloading solicitation from website will have to fax a request to Patricia Pierce, Contracting Officer at 610-557-4224. Estimate price range for project is $100,000 - $250,000. This project is 100% set aside for SDVOSB.
