- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) in support of the Navy Region Japan, has a requirement for two marine fenders without hanging chains. The major specifications of the marine fenders include the following: Size: 4.5m D x 9.0m LBody Diameter 15 feetOverall Diameter 16.8 feet (includes netted chains and tires.Length 30 feet (includes cleavis plates)Weight 40,000 lbs. Standoff distance Maximum 16.8 feet, at 60% compression 5.9 feet FOB Origin: Contractors facility. Written requests may be emailed to joseph.lownik@navy.mil.
