Description
BRIEFING FOR INDUSTRY 2008 The Professional Aerospace Contractors Association (PACA) of New Mexico, with the co-sponsorship of Air Force Research Laboratory, will host the twenty second annual BRIEFING FOR INDUSTRY on August 19 and 20, 2008 at the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town in Albuquerque, New Mexico. During this comprehensive two-day event, the participating military and government agencies will describe their missions, share their program objectives and plans, and identify contracting opportunities to the audience of current and prospective contractors. Presentation topics will include: research and development; test and evaluation; technical and analytical support; operations and maintenance; systems procurement; and facilities construction. Organizations scheduled to participate include: Air Force Research Laboratory (all directorates); Space and Missile Systems Center/Space Development and Test Wing; Operationally Responsive Space Office; Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center; 46th Test Group; Kirtland Small Business Office; Sandia National Laboratories; Los Alamos National Laboratory; National Nuclear Security Administration; White Sands Missile Range; NASA/White Sands Test Facility; High Energy Laser Joint Technology Office; and National Reconnaissance Office. Distinguished guest speakers will also be a part of the program. Detailed event information and on-line registration are available at the BRIEFING FOR INDUSTRY 2008 website at http://bfi.pacanm.org. This year, to accommodate increased detail in the program information from AFRL, all non-Government attendees will be required to be U.S. citizens and to supply a copy of their organization's DD2345, "Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement" prior to being confirmed for the conference. Details regarding acquiring and submitting a DD2345 are available on the BFI web site.
