- The Contracting Office, Sierra Army Depot, intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the acquisition of the following items: Rental of two (2) Each 45,000 lb Forklifts and Rental of two (2) Each 30,000 lb Forklifts. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code for this procurement is 532490. The FSC Code is W039. The solicitation will be issued as a Commercial Solicitation SF 1449, for a Firm Fixed Price type contract. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to electronic medium. Anticipated posting of the solicitation is on or about June 4, 2008. All prospective quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation or other information. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Anticipated award date is on or about June 19, 2008.
