- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure on a sole source basis the following items from Telelogic or their authorized distributors: Item 1, a quantity of five (5), Part Number: LRHPSDEWXN, Rhapsody System Designer Windows (Node Locked); Item 2, a quantity of five (5), Part Number: LRHPDDPWXS, Rhapsody DODAF Pack Windows (Single Site); Item 3, a quantity of one (1), Part Number: LRHPGVPWXS, Rhapsody Gateway Value Pack Windows (Single Site); Item 4, a quantity of five (5), Part Number: MRHPSDEWXN, Rhapsody System Designer Windows (Node Locked); Item 5, a quantity of five (5), Part Number: MRHPDDPWXS, Rhapsody DODAF Pack Windows (Single Site); and Item 6, a quantity of one (1), Part Number: RM-0074, RHP Value Gateway Pack MTCE 1-year. Only the specific items will meet the Governments requirements. NO SUBSTITUTIONS. SAP procedures shall be used in this procurement in accordance with FAR Part 13. This acquisition will occur via a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order. The closing date is 5 June 2008 at 4:00PM, Eastern Time. Anticipated Award date is 10 June 2008. All items shall be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, VA. Delivery must be no later than 20 June 2008. The Government will not issue a written request for quotation as all items are identified is this notice.
