- Note: All responses to this IFB shall be mailed to Western AreaPowerAdministration, P.O. Box 3700, Loveland CO., 80539-3003. Physical Addressforhand-carried bids: Western Area Power Administration, 5555 East Crossroads Boulevard, Loveland CO., 80538. Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region, has a requirementfora contractor to provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment,tools,transportation and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes, but is not limited to, installing one Government-furnished115/34.5kV, 50 MVA transformer, plus the installation of three 115kVdisconnecting switches, seven 34.5kV disconnecting switches, new bus work,concrete foundations, steel structures and control, metering and relaying.Thework is located at the Torrington substation site in Goshen County,Wyoming.The estimated magnitude of the project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.TheNAICS code for this procurement is 237130 and the applicable size standardis$31.0 Million. This procurement will be issued unrestricted (full and open competition). It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued at thissiteon or about June 17, 2008. The specifications and drawings will be issuedinhard copy only by request.
