- Synopsis: The VA Medical Center Providence, RI has a requirement for the lease of one (1) Mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) unit and A.R.R.T certified technician(s) to perform routine scan studies. The contractor shall furnish a lease trailer Monday -Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, and required A.R. R. T Certified technician(s) to perform services, onsite at the Providence VA Medical Center, 830 Chalkstone Ave, Providence, RI 02908. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers, including options, shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This will be a full and open competitive solicitation and will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 621512. The full solicitation will be available on or about June 3, 2008. Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically at: www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
