- The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate a sole source acquisition with TRIRIGA, 6700 Via Austi Parkway Las Vegas, NV 89119 for maintenance for the following software: 1) Facility Center Enterprise (quantity 20), 2) Facility Center 8i Employee Self Service (quantity 100), 3) Facility Center 8i CAD Integrator/ Publisher (quantity 6), 4) Crystal Reports for Facility Center and Projects 8i (1 CPU), 5) Mobile Facility Center by SYLCO 1-24 (quantity 2), 6) API Rea/Write Bi- Directional (quantity 1), 7)Facility Center 8i Operations (quantity 10), 8) Facility Center 8i TRIRIGA Application Builder (quantity 1), 9) Facility Center 8i Operations (quantity 8), 10) Facility Center 8i Reserve up to 500 users (quantity 1). Maintenance shall be for 1-year from July 01, 2008 to June 30, 2009. TRIRIGA Facilities software is used to support the development and production of SSAs Asset Management System (SSAM). TRIRIGA is the only source available to provide maintenance and support on government owned TRIRIGA Facilities software. Therefore, TRIRIGA is the only known source capable of providing the required annual software support and technical capabilities for the referenced software product. Other organizations possessing the requisite expertise and resources are invited to submit information concerning their capabilities, experience, and other pertinent data (including GSA Schedule information). When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to TRIRIGA. Responses must be in writing and should be submitted to the address cited at the beginning of this notice. THE DUE DATE FOR RESPONSES IS JUNE 5TH, 2008 NO LATER THEN 2:15PM EST. FAXED RESPONSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Government does not intend to pay for information received. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of evaluating responses to this notice, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended vendor, as stated herein, and all firms that respond to this notice or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation.
