- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Loretto, PA intends to issue solicitation RFQ20802-0021 for the requirement of 4TH Quarter Milk. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business Concerns, FOB Destination. Delivery dates will begin on July 1, 2008 through July 31, 2008. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, Warehouse, 772 Saint Joseph St, Loretto, PA 15940. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance and price will be considered with price being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be available on or after May 29, 2008, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Sealed quotes shall be received on or before June 16, 2008 4:00 PM, local time. Mailed and hand carried quotes must be delivered to the Contract Specialist at the following addresses: Federal Correctional Institution, ATTN: Contract Specialist, P.O. Box 1000, Loretto, PA, 15940 or Federal Correctional Institution, ATTN: Contract Specialist, 772 Saint Joseph St, Loetto, PA 15940. Each offeror is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at www.orca.bpn.gov. Faith-based and Community-based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. FAXED QUOTES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
