- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. You may also access information on the NSWC Crane Division web site at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division requires Image Intensifier Assembly, 16MM Image Intensifier Tube to be utilized by NSWC Crane. Minimum delivery of 40 units FOB Destination NSWC-Crane required 270 days from award date of contract with subsequent deliveries 60 units every 30 days until order is complete. Final Inspection and Acceptance will occur at destination by NSWC Crane personnel. This solicitation will be issued on a full and open competition basis using a performance specification. The solicitation will include line items 0001 for 16MM Tubes IAW Performance Specification 16 MM Image Intensification Tubes. The Navy intends to award a three-year Firm-Fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for a minimum of 40 each and a maximum of 1,000 each. Delivery quantities will be specified in individual delivery orders. NAICS code 334411 Size 750. DPAS rating is DO-A70. Offerors will be required to submit product samples and written a written proposal; evaluation criteria shall consist of Capability, Past Performance and Price. Award will be on a best value basis.
