- Solicitation for End Item: KC135 Aircraft, NSN 1560 01 491 4187, PR 0017607351, SPM4A708R1281, RIB, AIRFOIL. Configuration Control applies, Critical Application item. Quantity: 620 with 100% quantity option; this procurement is a restricted 100% HUBZONE business set-aside. NAICS is 336413. This is a fully and openly competitive procurement after exclusion of sources. FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This requirement contains provisions for an “Export Control” technical data package. Rights Guard applies. Mylars will be provided. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award.
