- This solicitation IQC08148009023 will contain one NSN for a PITOT TUBE. End Item/Weapon Systems: 17N; Hawkeye E-2C Aircraft. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a 1-year base and four 1-year option periods. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. Approved source (s) of supply: Northrop Grumman Systems, Cage 61174, P/N PH557 and AERO Instruments Company, Cage 70134, P/N PH557. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6610-00-969-9761; Base Year AEQ: 66 each, Option Year EAQ: 66 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 128 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 25 June 2008. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror’s product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
