- PR Number: IQC07312009013 Federal Stock Class 5306. Solicitation Number SPM5A8-08-R-0052. QUALIFIED SUPPLIER LIST (QSL) ITEMS. Nomenclature: Internally and Externally Relieved Bolts. Inspection Requirements: Destination inspection on all items. FOB Destination. End Item Use: various aircraft, helicopters and aircraft engines. This is a Commercial Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) Solicitation. This acquisition is 100% Set-aside for Small Business. Issue Date: 03 JUN 2008; RFP Due Date: 01 JUL 2008 - 4PM Local Philadelphia Time. This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the term of the contract for three (3) additional one year periods. The Units of Issue are all EACH. This procurement is for 43 Core Items. 197 Items have been identified as possible items that may be added on a post-award basis via Add/Delete clause. The first NSN is 5306-00-058-6469. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only – delivery to CONUS (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. This solicitation is subject to the Buy American Act. Required Delivery is: 310 days or sooner. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. The BSM Computer System only accepts a unit price including two decimal places so offers must be provided in accordance with this requirement. Offers will be evaluated with Technical Merit determined to be more important than price. These items are all Qualified Supplier List (QSL) items. Accordingly, only QSL manufacturers and QSL Distributors can provide offers for this solicitation. Additional requirements include Gauging, LOGO Marking and/or Nondestructive Testing (NDT). Anticipated award date: August 2008. Award of a firm-fixed-price contract with EPA, applies. Drawings will be available on request by Contractor and the acquisition specialist will send the NIINs on a spreadsheet preferably on a text (Note Pad). This information will be inserted into an e-mail with the solicitation number and closing date. This e-mail will be sent to DSCP drawings in the Global Address List and drawings will be available in DIBBS the same day.
