- NASA/GSFC has a requirement for 2 IRIS V3 Expert Edition Software and 12 IRIS V3Professional Edition User Software. NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from IRIS Intelligence: Two (2) concurrent user licenses of IRIS Intelligence Expert Edition. Twelve (12) named user licenses of IRIS Intelligence Professional EditionIRIS Server license Monte Carlo Analysis functionality (Expert licenses only)Return on Investment calculation functionality(Expert licenses only)PowerPoint Export functionExcel Export functionSystem installation (up to 1 day of IRIS technical team)User training (1 day of IRIS training facilitator, including 0.5 day user training and0.5 day super-user training)Maintenance support to 31 December 2008 The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 3:30 p.m. local timeon June 16, 2008. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for thepurpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and opencompetition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretionof the government.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.An Ombudsman has been appointed.
