Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912JM-08-T-0005 applies and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-16. The NAICS code is 721110 with a small business size standard of $6.0 million. Quotes are to arrive no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, June 6, 2008. Faxed quotations will be accepted at 912-966-8472. Quotations sent via the U.S. Postal Service or hand delivered should be sent to 165 AW/MSC, 1401 Robert B Miller Jr. Dr, Garden City, GA., 31408. This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The anticipated award date is on or about June 9, 2008. The government intends to award from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the solicitation provides the best value. Requirements: Provide dining and lodging from June 11, 2008 (check-in date) to June 21, 2008 (check-out). Lodging requirements include: 4 single occupancy rooms, 25 double occupancy rooms with interior entrances only. Dining requirements include: Daily hot breakfast and evening meal, Monday through Friday acceptable however, service for all days is preferred. Other requirements: 1 hospitality room with internet connections and on site laundry services. The facilities required must meet the requirements of the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990 PL101-391 Information on the Safety Act and the Master Hotel list can be found at http://www.usfa.fema.gov/applications/hotel/. The Clause at 52.252-2, CLAUSES INCORPORTED BY REFERENCE (Feb1998) This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
