- The solicitation will be issued from the Lincoln National Forest, Alamagordo, NM office. Within existing campgrounds project includes new construction of waterlines, electric lines, and sewer lines. There will be construction of a trailer dumpstation to include septic tanks and drainage field. There will be a connection established to a well, installation of a water tank and 4 frost free hydrants and installation of a security fence. Solicitation will be available online on or about the week of June 16. A prebid meeting and site visit will be scheduled on or about the week of June 30. Estimated start work will be in early August, contract time is 120 calendar days. Location of project sites: one site is two miles east of Lake Roberts on Highway 35, New Mexico, and Mesa Campground is at Lake Roberts.
