- Description
- The Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk, Va 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract and will utilize procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor shall provide JMAST FA150T spare parts as follows: 1 each, FA150T cable kit P/N 106421, 1 each HPA controller triband P/N 106193, 1 each ACU 4000 controller, P/N 106650 cables, 1 each flexguide, x band, 1100 mm/43.3 in P/N 106485, 1 each LNA, x band P/N 106100, 1 each inclinometer, P.N 101604 for the AN/USC-67 satellite system.. The contractor Swe-Dish Satellite Systems, Inc. shall provide this item to COMUSNAVUER/COMSXTHFLT, PSC 817, BOX 70 FPO AE 096222-0111. A RFQ package will be available on or about 4 June 2008 by downloading the documents at the website as follows:https://www.neco.navy.mil. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334220. Contractors are hereby notified that thesolicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
