- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION #: F38604-08-Q-U018 NAICS: 237110 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: N/A The purchase of: One (1) TFI 3,000 Gallon. Mud System (450 gpm). Includes a skid mounted tank w/ pump porch 20'L x 7'2" W x 4'8" H. The tank has one division and includes all plumbing and starters for 3 pumps, hopper, 2 mud guns, dump gates, mud slides, ladders, handrails, lights, crane, grating & fold down walkway. Blasted, primed, and painted; One (1) TFI 146 Shale Shaker w/ possum belly, 550 gpm; One (1) TFI 8-4" Mud Cleaner w/ 126E Shaker, 520 gpm; Two (2) TFI 3 x 4 30HP Electric Pump/Motor; One (1) TFI 3 x 4 20HP Electric Pump/motor; One (1) TFI 4" Mud Hopper w/Venturi; One (1) Generator Set 125KW; One (1) 4” Woody Pit Pump In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, offers will be evaluated on the technical capability of how well the proposed products meet the Government requirement, price and delivery schedule. Brand Name item is not requested, however proposed items must meet specifications of Triflo International Products. Prices shall be FOB Destination (Al Udeid AB, Qatar – APO AE 09309). The following Numbered Notes apply to this Solicitation: N/A The following clauses (current through FAC 2005-24 effective 28 Feb 08) are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items; and 52-212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders – Commercial Items; DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items IAW FAR 52.212-3, Reps/Certs should be completed on-line at www.bpn.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered.
