- 5-30-08 Modified to revise the issue and closing dates an dto revise the IQC requirement quantities to reflect packages of 50. Issue date revised to 5/30/2008 and closing date revised to 6/30/2008. The IQC requirements are corrected as follows: GM qty for base year - 292; Min Order qty - 292 pg; Max Order qty 1,168 pg; Estimated Annual Demand qty - 1,168 pg and Maximum Contract Quantity - 2,336 pg. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Purchase Request number IQC08051009062, NSN 5342-01-414-0319, FERRULE SAFETY,CABLE. The item is to be utilized on the HERCULES C-130 AIRCRAFT. Solicitation SPM4A6-08-R-0687; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited UNRESTRICTED; OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 14,592 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 14,592 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 58,365 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 58,365 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 116,730 each for the base and option years. The approved source for this requirement is DANIELS MFG CORP p/n F10-04, cage code 11851. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Destination. Delivery is 80 days ARO. This procurement does not contain a surge and sustainment requirement. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is May 27, 2008 & closing date of June 26, 2008.
