- BSM PR 0018027795. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1680-99-309-2186, Seat, Aircraft, Co-Pilot IAW Ipeco Europe (K9075) p/n 3A076-0004-01-1. FOB Origin. This item is not a Critical Safety Item as of May 30, 2008. Tentative quantity 20 each. Stock delivery location is DDSP, New Cumberland, PA. Origin inspection is required. Requested delivery is 360 days ARO or best possible. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other Than Full and Open competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is June 16, 2008.
