- AG-94TZ-S-08-0047 Kaibab Campground Deferred Maintenance Construction Project Notice of 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns (SDVOSB) This project consists of providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and incidentals to construct camping use pads, installation of campsite amenities and obliteration and removal of three (3) existing vault toilet buildings and specified campsite amenities. The project area is located at the Kaibab Lake Campground, on the Williams Ranger District of the Kaibab National Forest, Section 14, Township 22 North, Range 2 East, Gila and Salt River Meridian, approximately 4 miles north of Williams, Arizona. Driving time from Williams, Arizona is approximately 10 minutes.. Contract time is 90 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Solicitation will be issued on or about June 16, 2008. A prebid walk thru is schedule for June 25, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. local time. We will meet at the project site. Bids are due July 22, 2008. A bid bond, performance and payment bonds are required. Price range is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. NAICS Code 237990 applies. Small Business Size Standard is $28.5 million. Project is set-aside 100% for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.
