- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with MEDRAD SVC. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with MEDRAD SVC for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for Medrad Contrast Injectors its accessories, and associated equipment located at the Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center, 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia, MO 65201. This agreement will include a base year and four one-year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
