- The US Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a contract for design, fabrication, and delivery of pulley/sheave system to Napoleon Missouri. Any award resulting from the forthcoming solicitation will be a firm-fixed price award, 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE, with award made to the lowest price technically acceptable. The Government will evaluate the proposal based on low price, technically acceptable. Contractors' technical proposal will be evaluated as go-no/go technically acceptable. If you are interested in bidding, please watch for the solicitation to issue.
