- Federal Supply Schedule FSC Group 65, Part II, Section A, Medical Equipment and Supplies. Multiple Awards. This "standing" solicitation will be issued on an open-and-continuous basis and will not contain a closing date for receipt of offers. The Federal Supply Schedule will no longer have a prescribed beginning and ending date. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes 322291, 333314, 33911, 339112, 339113, 334510, 423450, 3379, 811219 with applicable small business size standards of 500 employees or $6.5 million. F.O.B. Destination 48 States and the District of Columbia, with a minimum of point of exportation to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Fixed-price, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity type contract with Economic Price Adjustment provision, where economic price adjustments are in conjunction with the contractor's commercial practices. The schedule period will be continuous and consist of variable performance periods for individual contracts. Performance will commence the effective date of award (DOA) and expire five (5) years from that date, unless cancelled, terminated, or extended pursuant to any option provisions included in the contract. All contracts under this multiple Award Schedule solicitation will include an option to extend the term of the contract. All contracts will include the Industrial Funding Fee (0.50% at time of solicitation issuance) requirement.
