- This is a Request for Quotes involving the removal and replacement of approximately 3,120 square feet of asphalt shingle roofing and approximately 5,340 square feet of membrane roofing at the Tiller Ranger Station located 23 miles east of Canyonville, Oregon on County Highway 1. In addition to prices, Quoters are required to complete a Questionnaire related to technical capability and past performance history. Award evaluation criteria include technical capability, planned scheduling, planned safety measures, plans for subcontracting, and past performance history in addition to price. Award may be made without discussions. The project magnitude is in the range between $25,000 and $100,000. Hard copies of this solicitation and the associated drawings are not available. The solicitation should be available for downloading on or about June 12, 2008.
