- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business only. The NAICS Code is 333599, Size Standard not to exceed 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Requisition number F2KBAD8115A002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25 effective 22 May 2008. The Government intends to award the following line item of replacement parts for High Power Amps: Item 0001: PM Mode Field Adapter, Part #PFA100S6021A, 6 ea, brand name or equal. Item 0002: PM Multimode HP Combiner, (6+1)x1, PMC06113521A, 6 ea, brand name or equal. DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 30 Days from award date.
